About the role

  • Teamlead Frontend Development for SYZYGY Techsolutions leading a team and developing modern software solutions. Involvement in coding, architecture, and collaboration with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of four to six frontend developers
  • Foster the individual and collective development of the team
  • Work on modern web applications for long-term clients
  • Hold primary technical responsibility for the team’s architecture and technical direction
  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions together with the team
  • Maintain close collaboration with clients

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in enterprise web development with JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally with React and GraphQL
  • Ideally, experience with backend .NET projects
  • Experience in technical leadership of software developers
  • Initial experience in formal (disciplinary) people management is a plus
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Open and clear communication style
  • Very good German language skills
