Requirements
Qualifications that count – You hold a secondary school diploma (e.g., Abitur) or a technical secondary school certificate (Fachoberschulreife) with good grades
Passion for IT – You are enthusiastic about topics such as networks, servers, operating systems and IT security and enjoy working on them—privately, at school or through personal projects
Basic technical understanding – Initial experience with hardware, networks or operating systems is an advantage
Willingness to help – You enjoy helping others with IT challenges, whether software, hardware or network problems
