About the role
- IT infrastructure support – You will be responsible for the IT systems of medical practices, clinics and Mac-based offices and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Customer support – You assist customers by phone or via remote support and help resolve their IT-related issues
- Security and availability – You ensure that servers and networks remain stable and protected
- Administration and maintenance – You will learn to manage Linux-based operating systems and networks
- Variety guaranteed – From MacBooks to firewalls: you will gain insight into all areas of a modern IT service provider
Requirements
- Qualifications that count – You hold a secondary school diploma (e.g., Abitur) or a technical secondary school certificate (Fachoberschulreife) with good grades
- Passion for IT – You are enthusiastic about topics such as networks, servers, operating systems and IT security and enjoy working on them—privately, at school or through personal projects
- Basic technical understanding – Initial experience with hardware, networks or operating systems is an advantage
- Willingness to help – You enjoy helping others with IT challenges, whether software, hardware or network problems
- Analytical strength – You stay calm with complex problems and find suitable solutions through structured, logical thinking
- Flexibility and team spirit – You work carefully, are flexible and independent, but also comfortable working in a team.
