Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads;
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities;
Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing);
Map stakeholders and decision-makers within target companies;
Deliver presentations and technical demonstrations of the software;
Develop customized commercial proposals;
Negotiate contractual terms and commercial conditions;
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships;
Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
Maintain deep knowledge of our software solutions;
Understand the specific needs of each industry sector (industry, retail, services, etc.);
Analyze competitors and position our competitive differentiators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent;
Experience in B2B software or technology solution sales;
Knowledge of complex sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC;
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar;
Familiarity with SaaS concepts, cloud computing, and software licensing.
