Leverage cutting-edge technology and sustainable design principles to create world-class solutions.
Support the design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM planning modules for capital forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation between legacy systems and Oracle Fusion.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing during quarterly Oracle SaaS updates.
Build and maintain driver-based financial models to support investment planning and scenario analysis.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to monitor project performance.
Collaborate with the FP&A, IT, and Accounting teams to integrate CapEx planning with core financial systems (GL, Projects, Fixed Assets).
Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for capital expenditures.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline CapEx reporting and planning processes through ERP tools.
Provide training and documentation support for new system functionality and planning best practices.
Perform other analyses and tasks as requested by Finance leadership.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in FP&A, CapEx planning, or ERP financial systems roles.
Strong expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM, including configuration, integration, and reporting.
Proven ability to design and execute financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related fields required.
