About the role

- Design and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from complex underwriting and claims documents using Generative AI

Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks
- Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps practices
- Strong engineering mindset and appreciation for clean, maintainable, production-ready code
- Experience deploying AI systems into production environments, including monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management (strong plus)
- Experience working with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems (strong plus)
- Experience in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or document intelligence (strong plus)
- Interest in AI robustness, explainability, governance, and secure model deployment (strong plus)
- Exposure to Insurance or Reinsurance, particularly in Property & Casualty (a plus but not required)
