About the role

  • Reporting & Tool Analyst in the Life & Health Underwriting and Claims team at Swiss Re. Engaging in global projects, improving processes, and reporting for the CE markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop proficiency in tools and processes used in Life & Health Underwriting and Claims
  • Represent our Market Unit in global system development projects and topic forums
  • Manage tools access and support internal and external clients with user-related requests
  • Drive regular recertification processes for internal and external tools
  • Own reporting for the Underwriting & Claims team (e.g., creation of ad-hoc reports in Power BI, Stargate)
  • Maintain and enhance communication platforms such as SharePoint
  • Suggest and implement process improvements; participate in projects and show ownership of initiatives that improve the status quo

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business, or similar
  • Experience in creating ad-hoc reports in Power BI and/or Stargate, is advantage
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Genuine interest in IT systems and processes
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Innovative with a “can-do” approach
