About the role
- Product Controller ensuring accuracy of financial reporting for Fixed Income investment strategies. Collaborating across teams to generate insights and maintain compliance in reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Generate and deliver accurate daily and monthly P&L performance reports to senior leadership
- Serve as a senior point of contact for performance-related inquiries
- Partner with business teams to ensure reported P&L is complete and accurate
- Collaborate with IT and Analytics teams to enhance reporting infrastructure
- Maintain procedural controls around reporting processes
- Lead initiatives that drive process improvement and reporting enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services
- Solid understanding of credit markets including corporate bonds, loans, and securitized instruments
- Strong grasp of end-to-end reporting and control processes
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and data integrity
