Responsibilities
Provide professional, proactive advanced administrative support
Plan, manage and screen emails, handle calendar (incl. buffer and focus time), organise meetings (internally and externally)
Run daily morning check-ins with the Head GFO&T
Manage calendar and organise internal and external meetings for the Head GFO&T Strategy & Office
Arrange travel schedules and handle expense management
Prepare and process travel expense reimbursement timely
Collaborate with GFO&T Leadership and keep them informed of commitments
Drive the departmental event management
Requirements
Relevant experience in executive assistance, ideally in a large corporate
Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent education in Administration, Business or a related field
Proven ability to complete tasks quickly and with high attention to detail under tight deadlines
Self-organised, structured and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Co-Pilot
Experience in large (re)insurance and Finance organisations an asset
