About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Global Finance Operations at Swiss Re. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, proactive advanced administrative support
  • Plan, manage and screen emails, handle calendar (incl. buffer and focus time), organise meetings (internally and externally)
  • Run daily morning check-ins with the Head GFO&T
  • Manage calendar and organise internal and external meetings for the Head GFO&T Strategy & Office
  • Arrange travel schedules and handle expense management
  • Prepare and process travel expense reimbursement timely
  • Collaborate with GFO&T Leadership and keep them informed of commitments
  • Drive the departmental event management

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in executive assistance, ideally in a large corporate
  • Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent education in Administration, Business or a related field
  • Proven ability to complete tasks quickly and with high attention to detail under tight deadlines
  • Self-organised, structured and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Co-Pilot
  • Experience in large (re)insurance and Finance organisations an asset
