- Own user-facing product development end-to-end
- Work closely with product, design, and business partners
- Design, build, and ship product features from concept through production
- Own core parts of the SuperDial product and codebase long-term
- Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience
- Contribute to technical and product roadmap discussions
- Ramp on SuperDial’s product, customers, and healthcare workflows
- Lead implementation of medium-sized features from spec to launch
- Identify and resolve issues impacting product velocity or quality
- Help raise the bar on engineering and product best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production software
- Strong experience with modern web technologies (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong product intuition and customer empathy
- Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical partners
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward shipping
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or regulated environments (Nice to Have)
- Experience at early-stage or high-growth startups (Nice to Have)
