About the role

Responsibilities
- Prototype development for plant engineering
- Advising and supporting Sunfire engineers on compliance topics
- Quality assurance of internal plant documentation
- Facilitating risk assessments in accordance with the Machinery and Pressure Equipment Directives
- Acting as interface between project management and notified bodies
Requirements
- Technical university degree, ideally with a focus on process engineering, piping and plant engineering
- Basic knowledge of CE conformity assessment and common EU directives (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU)
- Several years of professional experience at a testing/certification body or in quality management within plant or piping construction
- Experience facilitating risk assessments according to DIN EN ISO 12100
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany and the EU
- Excellent German and English language skills
