About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and operate the GTM automation engine: Scrape, integrate, and transform data into real-time actions across email marketing, SDR outreach, and web engagement.
- Manage a technical GTM backlog and execute against an OKR-driven roadmap.
- Build outbound triggers to identify high-intent signals.
- Leverage OpenAI and develop tools that generate personalized content.
- Model and visualize GTM data with queries and dashboards.
- Develop internal tools using Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
- Maintain and extend GTM integrations with systems like Salesforce, Apollo, Segment, and Clearbit.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in a data engineering, growth engineering, or applied data science role.
- Fluent in Python and SQL, with bonus points for JS, APIs, and scraping tools like Puppeteer or Playwright.
- Familiar with OpenAI’s API and ability to build tools that automate content creation or enrichment.
- Able to work in fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environments.
