About the role

  • Housing Business Intelligence Analyst in Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils' Housing Repairs and Maintenance team, focusing on performance information and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Housing Transformation Manager and the Head of Housing Repairs and Maintenance.
  • Ensure high-quality performance information is available.
  • Support colleagues to engage with performance information and provide operational assurance.
  • Maintain, upgrade, and manage systems, software, and networks.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification at NVQ/HNC/degree level or equivalent knowledge through experience.
  • Ability to put performance information into context and generate insights.
  • Experience of delivering data products that support operational efficiency.
  • Experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex information.
