Responsibilities
Responsible for performing inventory counts in your region in accordance with European SOPs
Plan and align an efficient annual counting schedule together with your manager
Coordinate inventory appointments with hospitals and internal sales staff
Conduct inventory counts using the Stryker AIM platform and record results in Oracle
Analyze inventory discrepancies and agree on corrective actions with customers
Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Asset Management)
Support onboarding of new team members in day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality guidelines
Requirements
Completed training or degree in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
Professional experience in managing and performing inventory counts, including inventory reconciliations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Experience working with standardized processes (SOPs, SOX, ISO)
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and a high level of responsibility
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel within the region
Good written and spoken English for communication in an international environment
