Responsibilities
Handling customer calls related to maintenance and servicing of boilers and heat pumps
Supporting the on-site team at customer locations using remote support tools
Providing technical advice for gas boilers, gas-fired boilers, and heating systems
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a heating installer, ventilation technician, electrician, gas and water installer (plumber), mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
Professional experience working with heating technology and gas boilers
Fluent German (C2 level) in both spoken and written form
Strong PC skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Enjoyment of communication and telephone-based customer interaction
Calmness and composure in stressful situations
