About the role

  • Senior Program Manager overseeing transformation initiatives and strategic programs. Collaborating with engineering teams and leading projects in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the bridge from strategy to execution for multiple strategic programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with Engineering and Transformation office leaders to oversee and manage special projects
  • Ensure timely reporting on product releases and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Create, manage, and execute detailed program schedules, reports, and analysis
  • Partner with the engineering team to monitor sprint progress and remove blockers
  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise software solutions
  • Drive decision making amongst partner teams using facts and prioritization exercises
  • Develop and deliver clear, executive-ready communications

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in programming management
  • Deep understanding of design, development, testing, and deployment processes (SDLC)
  • Experience leading Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • PMP certification is a plus
