About the role

Responsibilities
- Together with product managers, you analyze game and monetization data and translate the results into clear metrics, valuable insights, and actionable recommendations.
- You design and build efficient, well-structured data models to generate scalable metrics that support various tools and processes for data-driven decision making.
- You use analytics tools and efficient SQL queries to perform rigorous exploratory analyses.
- You design, run, and analyze A/B tests to drive data-driven product decisions.
- By analyzing data from millions of players, you identify significant trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis or as a Business/Data Analyst in a digital environment.
- You are highly proficient in SQL and have experience with visualization tools such as Superset or Tableau.
- You understand how to build data models and define KPIs clearly.
- You can structure business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- You are self-organized, pragmatic, and eager to help build things from the ground up.
- You have excellent knowledge of online gaming, user behavior, or app metrics and bring that experience to bear.
- You can speak German fluently (at least B2).
