  • You hold an engineering degree—ideally with a focus on energy supply systems, building services/technology or a comparable field—or you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or air conditioning (HLSK).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
  • You are characterized by a respectful approach and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
  • You are proficient with common MS Office products and are open to new tools.
  • To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Important note: A valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.

  • We offer a broad range of training and professional development opportunities tailored to your qualifications and career goals — supporting your technical development in a targeted and sustainable way.
  • 30 days of vacation for perfect rest!
