Project Manager in TGA (HLSK) at STF Group managing various large-scale building projects including public buildings. Leading project phases and ensuring timely completion while coordinating with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this position you will be a Project Manager for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and will lead various large-scale building services projects specialized in HLSK.
Projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, supermarkets and hotels.
We support our clients in all project phases of technical building services planning (TGA).
You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and other project participants (e.g. architects, structural engineers, etc.) — you will also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
You ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally, you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have been specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following areas:
Degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a related field — OR you are a certified technician or master tradesperson in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project coordination / project leadership.
You demonstrate respectful collaboration and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to learning new tools.
To ensure optimal communication between all parties, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
Important note: Please be advised that a valid work permit for Germany is required for non-EU citizens.
