About the role

Project Manager focusing on TGA in engineering services handling multiple large projects like public buildings. Involves coordination, communication, and managing all aspects of project execution.

Responsibilities

In this position you are a Project Manager for Building Services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) in our STF Energy business unit and you will lead various large-scale building services projects.
The projects include, for example, public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn train stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you take responsibility for overall project coordination, manage the implementation of the client’s requirements and steer the project team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.
Communication – You are the primary contact for all project-related questions and conduct discussions with clients and project participants (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.).
Control – You ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, take care of project controlling and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.

You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally you have gained experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
Additionally, you bring a solid foundation in the following: You hold a degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on supply engineering, building services or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination.
You are characterized by respectful interpersonal skills and strong communication, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office products and open to new tools.
To guarantee optimal communication between all parties, you need very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
