Requirements

- Experience in the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
- Degree in engineering—ideally with a focus on energy supply, building services engineering, or a comparable field—or alternatively a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management/project coordination/project leadership
- Respectful approach and strong communication skills within the team and with project stakeholders
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German
