About the role

Project coordinator for various HLSK projects at STF Energy, leading technical and construction initiatives. Responsible for project management and communication across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

In this position you will work as Project Coordinator for Building Services (TGA) with a specialization in HVAC & Plumbing (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit, overseeing multiple large-scale building services projects.
The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, grocery stores and hotels.
Coordination – With your expertise and ideas you will take responsibility for overall project coordination, ensure implementation of the client’s requirements, and manage the project team to guarantee smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Communication – You will be the primary contact for all project-related questions and will engage directly with clients and project stakeholders (e.g., architects, structural engineers, etc.). You will also actively participate in project meetings and present project statuses.
Management – You will ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and continuously monitor all quality assurance measures.

You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA).
Ideally, you have hands-on experience across the various trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of these areas.
Additionally, you should have a solid foundation in the following:
A degree in an engineering discipline—ideally with a focus on energy supply engineering, building services engineering or a related field—OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in project management/project coordination or project leadership.
You are characterized by respectful collaboration and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties, you must have very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
