About the role

• TGA Engineer at STF Energy planning HVAC systems for large building projects. Collaborating with teams on public and commercial buildings in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Building Services Planner (HVAC & Plumbing) (m/f/d) in our STF Energy business unit
• Planning for various large-scale building services projects with a specialization in HVAC and sanitary systems
• Calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, etc.
• Creation of floor plans, schematics and section views
• Use of digital twins and BIM models for planning
• Close collaboration with electrical planners, project managers and HVAC/plumbing colleagues
• Participation in weekly project and status meetings

Requirements

• You should have professional experience in building services engineering (TGA), e.g., in HVAC/plumbing design, technical systems planning, technical drawing, planning engineering or a similar role
• Ideally you have experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) or have specialized in one of them
• You hold a (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/energy supply or a related field OR you are a state-certified technician or hold a master craftsman qualification in one of the trades (HVAC/plumbing)
• User-level experience with industry CAD software (e.g., Revit or AutoCAD) and tendering/billing software (such as OrcaAVA or similar)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Optimal communication between all parties involved is required
