- Develop and maintain applications and automations in Python, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance;

- Create and optimize queries and structures for relational and non-relational databases;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, versioning, and deployment processes;

- Support the product and QA teams in delivering high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python
- Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) and knowledge of data modeling, queries, and performance tuning;
- Knowledge of infrastructure and deployment (Docker, CI/CD, pipelines, cloud);
- Experience with version control (Git) and software engineering best practices;
- Ability to diagnose complex issues and propose accurate solutions.
- Previous experience in technical leadership (Tech Lead, technical reference, or team mentor);
- Knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Familiarity with microservices architecture;
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.);
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
