About the role

• Junior Legal Analyst at Stefanini, handling contracts, documentation and legal processes. Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure efficiency and compliance in legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts: negotiating and drafting agreements with suppliers, service providers and business partners.
• Assembling dossiers and preparing appeals based on data and documents.
• Organizing, tracking deadlines and managing multiple requests concurrently.
• Conducting searches and analyses of databases to assemble complete dossiers, gathering essential information and mandatory documents to support claims for reimbursement with the FCVS Administrator.
• Producing analytical texts and technical arguments based on data and legal documents to support petitions and appeals, aiming to overturn denials and strengthen reimbursement justifications.
• Monitoring filing, appeal and administrative deadlines, keeping the portfolio up to date and free of backlog, and ensuring that all performance indicators are met.
• Preparing reports, analyses and presentations (PPT) with the area’s results, ensuring clarity, accuracy and completeness of information.
• Collaborating with other departments as needed to clarify questions, obtain additional documents and resolve any discrepancies in information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience with legal documents and routine legal work (contracts, legal opinions, petitions, reports and proceedings).
• Intermediate Excel (including VLOOKUP) and basic PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of BI tools and familiarity with corporate systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze databases and transform information into consistent technical arguments.
• **Preferred:**
• Experience in the insurance market (housing, residential, auto, life or similar).
• Experience with Power BI.
