About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and automations in Python, ensuring quality, scalability and performance;
- Support and mentor more junior developers, promoting development best practices and a culture of continuous learning;
- Participate in technical definitions and architectural decisions;
- Create and optimize queries and structures for relational and non-relational databases;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, versioning and deployment processes;

Requirements
- Strong experience with Python
- Proficiency with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar) and knowledge of modeling, queries and performance optimization;
- Knowledge of infrastructure and deployment (Docker, CI/CD, pipelines, cloud);
- Experience with version control (Git) and software engineering best practices;
- Ability to diagnose complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Previous experience in technical leadership (Tech Lead, technical reference or team mentor);
- Knowledge of English and Spanish;
- Familiarity with microservices architecture;
- Experience with monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.);
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
