About the role
- Stock Control & Operations Coordinator at STATSports managing inventory across multiple locations for top athletes. Ensuring stock accuracy and integrity in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and real-time stock levels across all warehouse and fulfilment locations (UK, USA and 3rd Party Locations).
- Ensure all stock transactions (goods in/out, transfers, adjustments, assemblies) are properly recorded, validated, and auditable.
- Carry out daily and weekly reconciliation of key SKUs, identifying variances and working to resolve root causes.
- Review and authorise all inventory movements within ERP systems.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards showing stock levels, variances, and movements by SKU, location, and category.
- Partner with Finance to support monthly and year-end stock valuations and audits.
- Support implementation of improved stock control processes and system enhancements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in inventory control or warehouse operations within a multi-location business.
- Proven track record maintaining high stock accuracy and integrity across a wide SKU range.
- Experience creating and analysing operational or financial reports.
- Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methodologies advantageous.
