About the role
- Support the GRC team with compliance management and contract handling for a leading business data platform. Contribute to internal controls and legal development evaluations in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the GRC team in the areas of compliance management, legal and the internal control system, as well as with administrative tasks.
- Maintain, structure and further develop contract management, e.g. by monitoring contract terms and coordinating with specialist departments.
- Support the documentation and follow-up of internal controls, train control owners and help identify process improvements.
- Contribute to compliance and risk analyses, in particular for the assessment of business partners with regard to sanctions.
- Assist in the creation, updating and communication of internal policies and training materials.
- Conduct research on and evaluate current legal and regulatory developments.
- Maintain and administer the SharePoint environment.
- Support cross-functional projects in the areas of compliance, legal and IT security.
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student of business, law, social sciences or a comparable field of study.
- Initial practical experience in compliance, contract management, auditing, internal audit or management consulting is an advantage.
- High level of diligence, accuracy and sense of responsibility, combined with a structured way of working.
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of communication and teamwork.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, ideally also of SharePoint or contract management tools.
