About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage safety planning and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

- Conduct site investigations, sampling, and inspections.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and manage field teams.
- Support business development and proposal efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience; PE or PG license preferred.
- Current 40-Hr HAZWOPER training preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
