About the role
- Lead full-stack development teams and define microservices architectures. Drive DevOps adoption, cloud modernization (IaC), and mentor the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of full-stack development teams, focusing on best practices and people management
- Design of microservices architectures for new or legacy systems
- Implementation of DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Development and modernization of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Management of technical tasks and prioritization of deliveries
- Mentoring and developing the team, ensuring quality in documentation and deployment practices
- Acting as an interface with clients and leadership to ensure effective communication and smooth deliveries
Requirements
- Experience in technical leadership of full-stack development teams, promoting best practices and people management
- Knowledge of microservices architecture with support and observability for new or legacy systems, with a focus on scalability, security, and quality
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using IaC
- Experience in technology modernization initiatives, including refactoring, performance improvements, and migrations
- Ability to manage technical tasks, prioritize work, and follow up on deliveries, ensuring quality through code reviews and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and experience defining efficient technical solutions
- Ability to develop the team through mentoring, and to ensure good practices in documentation, version control, and deployment
- Experience interfacing between clients and leadership, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and smooth deliveries
