Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions for our software development teams across all WAMAS® software products.
- Create modern training content in all shapes and sizes – from quick guides and slides to e-learnings, video tutorials, podcasts, or any ideas you come up with.
- Guide the entire training journey – from knowledge transfer to certificate issuance.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different target groups within the organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Solid software development experience (Java or Angular/TypeScript) is required, including hands-on programming and experience working with or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong skills in designing and delivering technical training are a plus – ideally in a corporate or IT environment.
- Experience creating digital learning content is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- A proactive mindset, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including programs like Train-the-Trainer or relevant certifications.
