About the role

  • eServices Management Analyst supporting analysis and optimization of taxpayer service programs at State of Arizona. Collaborating with IT and vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze eServices programs, policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency
  • Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes
  • Act as liaison between IT teams, business users, and vendors
  • Provide technical and functional support for internal and external customers
  • Conduct management studies, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support QA testing, system analysis, and data validation
  • Prepare reports and present recommendations to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, policies, and standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management analysis experience
  • At least 1 year of tax-related service or administration experience
  • Experience with customer service/technical support (internal and external)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience with XML (Altova XMLSpy preferred)
  • SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio) experience (preferred)
  • Azure DevOps experience (preferred)
  • QA Testing experience (preferred)
