Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects across multiple teams.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain project plans for communication with teams and across organization
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Track operational KPIs and provide insights to leadership.
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or tools.
Serve as the primary liaison between operations, finance, HR, IT, and other departments.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates to ensure alignment.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external partners when required.
Assist in forecasting project budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor expenditures and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in operations, project management, or continuous improvement roles.
Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
Proven knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including CI practices, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and effectively implement changes
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams at all levels (production to management) and present data and recommendations verbally and in written form to management.
Preferred PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification.
Experience in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, minitab).
