Responsibilities
AP Process Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for EMEA invoice processing, mastering regional exceptions and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure accurate and timely processing of EMEA transactions.
Outsourced Management: Oversee and manage the performance and business outcomes of Spotify's outsourced AP operations.
Transaction Oversight: Coordinate, review, and approve AP transactions.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and bottlenecks.
Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, effectively addressing any issues that may arise.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advise various business owners on finance policies and system processes, collaborating closely across the Finance function.
Project Involvement: Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Tests (UAT), ad hoc analysis, projects, and support internal/external audits within your dedicated area.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent, coupled with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a large international organization.
