About the role
- PLC / DCS Programmer supporting automation projects, from development to commissioning. Engaging with clients and creating technical documentation in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support automation projects from concept development through commissioning
- Perform basic and detailed engineering and coordinate project tasks
- Program and implement control, visualization, and process control systems
- Produce technical documentation for customers in the process industry (primarily Pharmaceutical and Chemical sectors)
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology or an equivalent qualification
- Experience with one or more common automation systems (Honeywell TDC3000, Siemens PCS7, COPADATA Zenon/FlexLink)
- Experience interacting with clients and suppliers in an international environment
- Confident English speaker; additional languages (French, German) are an advantage
- Willingness to stay at the customer site for several weeks when required
- Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented working style
