About the role

  • Technical Architect responsible for managing application landscape and providing strategic guidance on workflow automation strategies. Engaging teams on data analytics and technical issues resolution.

Responsibilities

  • The Technical Architect is responsible for managing the application landscape and providing strategic guidance on optimal workflow automation strategies tailored to specific use cases.
  • Support the integration of source systems to facilitate seamless data transfer to platforms such as Celonis.
  • Defining and establishing a comprehensive technical framework that encompasses security, application landscape, hosting environments, and performance and availability considerations.
  • Providing thought leadership in AI and agentic design, focusing on principles of reusability, modularity, and extensibility.
  • Overseeing BPM tools and platforms, owning the enterprise architecture and associated data flows.
  • Owning and defining common data definitions across systems and governance of digital agents.
  • Designing automation solutions based on Process designs and creating technical designs.
  • Proactively anticipating, identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues and risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Engaging and guiding teams on data driven analytics and its practical applications within the organization.
  • Designing, implementing, testing and validating all dashboards, analyses and reports within automation tools, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Partnering with Digital Solutions and Cyber Security to ensure solutions meets the enterprise requirements.

Requirements

  • A thorough understanding of agentic and AI technical architecture, including governance, standards, and policies.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, demonstrating innovative and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Extensive experience in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
  • Proficient in relational databases and data modeling techniques.
  • Preferred experience with Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of the data structures of core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Familiarity with data structures relevant to key enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Engineering tools like Aris, Celonis, etc.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions easily to the business and others.
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting, able to present a comprehensive data narrative.
