Responsibilities
Design, architect, and maintain test automation frameworks for UI, API, performance, and data validation.
Build automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.
Leverage agentic AI, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-based tools to optimize test creation, maintenance, and execution.
Implement API automation using modern tools with strong focus on coverage, reliability, and scalability.
Conduct performance testing using AI-based tools to simulate realistic load patterns and assess application performance.
Apply data-driven testing methods using large datasets and AI-enabled validation techniques.
Implement AI-driven visual testing tools to ensure UI consistency across devices, resolutions, and browsers.
Perform risk-based testing by leveraging AI models to prioritize high-risk areas.
Use NLP techniques to analyze requirements and generate test cases from user stories and specifications.
Create dashboards and reports using AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
Collaborate closely with software engineers to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
Work with product owners and QE managers to plan, estimate, and prioritize testing activities.
Mentor junior SDETs, foster innovation, and enforce best automation and QE engineering practices.
Explore and implement emerging AI-enabled QE techniques to continuously elevate quality and efficiency.
Requirements
Education Level: Engineering Graduate
Years of Experience: 10-12 years of experience in Software Development, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation.
Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks (WebdriverIO, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
Solid expertise in API testing and automation using Axios or similar tools.
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch with robust architecture.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, version control (Git), and test orchestration.
Proven experience working with cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, data validation, and data-driven testing practices.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or equivalent.
Strong grasp of QE concepts including shift-left, shift-right, continuous testing, and observability.
Practical experience with AI-based testing techniques, GitHub Copilot, and agentic AI systems.
Understanding of acceptance testing and BDD frameworks such as Reqnroll/SpecFlow.
Exposure to NLP, defect prediction models, and AI-driven coverage analysis.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), microservices testing, and distributed system behavior.
Experience using Power BI or similar tools for data visualization and test analytics.
