About the role

• Senior SAP Consultant leading digital transformation projects for energy providers using SAP IS-U and S/4HANA. Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Advise energy utilities on digital transformation with a focus on SAP IS-U, S/4HANA and UC4G
• Take responsibility in projects related to EDM, billing, switching processes, market communication or grid operations
• Plan and manage projects — from feasibility analysis to go-live
• Design and integrate modern SaaS solutions into existing SAP landscapes
• Ensure quality, testing and rollouts across multiple clients or tenants
• Lead and facilitate workshops, trainings and client meetings
• Work closely in interdisciplinary teams of consultants, architects and developers

Requirements

• You have at least five years of experience as a consultant in SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA.
• Broad expertise in energy industry processes, e.g., energy trading and portfolio management, energy sales, billing, contract management, contract account management, customer service, receivables management or grid operations.
• Ideally experience with regulatory requirements in the energy sector (e.g., EnWG, GDEW).
• Extensive experience applying agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) in digital projects as well as experience with BizDevOps and cross-functional teams.
• Ideally ABAP and Fiori skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills, which you use to lead workshops methodically and in presentations.
• Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English.
