About the role

Responsibilities
- Rapidly explore the frontiers of generative AI — especially large language models — to unlock novel capabilities (e.g. auto-generating games or interactive content from a learning topic).
- Design and iterate on complex prompt chains, agent behaviors, and tool-augmented workflows.
- Build quick, scrappy prototypes to test viability of new ideas across text, games, visuals, or multimodal combinations.
- Collaborate with designers, educators, and engineers to bridge ideas into product-ready features.
- Monitor emerging tools, APIs, and research papers — and bring those insights into practical application.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of LLM behavior, prompting strategies, and model limitations.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar APIs — ideally with multi-step chains, tool use, or custom system instructions.
- Comfort hacking together prototypes — with whatever tools you like.
- Curiosity-driven mindset with the ability to spot unexpected affordances or emergent behaviors in new models.
- Bonus: Experience in education, game design, narrative systems, or working with multimodal models (image/video/audio)
