Experience in server maintenance, backup strategies and disaster recovery
Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
Good scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar)
Ability to document processes, procedures and configurations clearly
Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
