About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst managing key sales reporting processes and supporting FP&A with variance analysis and project management. Requires advanced Excel skills and minimum 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of Sales Trackers
  • Pull and compile data from Tableau and NetSuite
  • Produce Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-date (YTD) variance reports
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate sales assignments
  • Manage Salesforce admin requests and delegate when necessary
  • Support Sales VPs with reporting and data requests
  • Manage discount structures within Diner and NetSuite
  • Build custom reports for Sales and Certification teams
  • Ensure account hierarchies and product codes are accurate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an operations analyst, reporting analyst, FP&A analyst, sales operations analyst, or similar role
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, complex formulas, conditional formatting, charting, and comfort working with large datasets
  • Strong data validation and reconciliation skills
  • Ability to summarize variances and communicate insights clearly
  • High attention to detail and consistent accuracy in reporting outputs
  • Ability to work independently and drive tasks through completion
  • Salesforce exposure (nice to have)
  • NetSuite exposure (nice to have)
  • Tableau exposure (nice to have)
  • Power BI exposure (nice to have)
