Sales Operations Analyst managing key sales reporting processes and supporting FP&A with variance analysis and project management. Requires advanced Excel skills and minimum 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation, maintenance, and distribution of Sales Trackers
Pull and compile data from Tableau and NetSuite
Produce Month-to-Date (MTD) and Year-to-date (YTD) variance reports
Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate sales assignments
Manage Salesforce admin requests and delegate when necessary
Support Sales VPs with reporting and data requests
Manage discount structures within Diner and NetSuite
Build custom reports for Sales and Certification teams
Ensure account hierarchies and product codes are accurate
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years experience in an operations analyst, reporting analyst, FP&A analyst, sales operations analyst, or similar role
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, complex formulas, conditional formatting, charting, and comfort working with large datasets
Strong data validation and reconciliation skills
Ability to summarize variances and communicate insights clearly
High attention to detail and consistent accuracy in reporting outputs
Ability to work independently and drive tasks through completion
