About the role

  • Financial Planning Analyst responsible for analyzing financial performance and supporting strategic decisions. Contributing to budgeting, developing projections, and creating clear reports for management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial performance analyses using FP&A tools.
  • Identify and interpret performance trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights that contribute to improvements in financial processes.
  • Play an active role in the development of strategies.
  • Contribute significantly to short- and long-term budgeting and planning.
  • Collaborate in building and maintaining advanced financial models for scenario analysis and projections.
  • Prepare clear and concise management reports, communicating results in an accessible way.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
  • Experience in FP&A, Controllership and/or Financial Planning.
  • Experience in Budget Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Availability to work on-site in Farroupilha, RS.
  • Analytical, proactive and results-oriented profile.
