About the role

  • Software Engineer handling mobile test automation for hearing aids in R&D. Developing automated test frameworks, collaborating with teams, and contributing to product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our mobile platform for automated testing
  • Work as a developer on creating new solutions within our platform
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile apps
  • Develop robust automated tests to enhance and replace manual testing
  • Analyze test results and ensure reliability
  • Collaborate with developers and verification teams
  • Contribute to agile R&D processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years in mobile software engineering (Kotlin and/or Swift)
  • Strong coding and design skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach
  • Passion for best practices and emerging technologies
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in working with automated tests (good to have)
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field (good to have)
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, aerospace) (good to have)
