About the role

  • Sales Analyst driving sales growth at Sonova's U.S. headquarters in Aurora, IL. Analyzing sales trends and supporting strategic decision-making with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating insights to the Senior Management Team.
  • Conduct channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Proactively monitor sales performance to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Region Directors to complete quarterly business reviews for Senior Management.
  • Perform financial modeling and analysis for customer pricing proposals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to implement, track, and analyze promotions.
  • Support annual sales budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
  • Recommend and support enhancements to business intelligence tools (SAP BW, Salesforce).
  • Communicate findings effectively, tailoring messaging for diverse audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales analytics or related roles.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, PowerPivot); familiarity with Access is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Experience with SAP BW and Salesforce preferred.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and accountability to drive measurable results.
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.
