About the role
- Technical Pre-Sales Executive specializing in Adobe Digital Experience for commercial sales support. Engaging with clients to define needs and demonstrate solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical specialist across the Adobe Digital Experience portfolio, supporting the commercial team in the consultative sales cycle by understanding client and prospect needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and preparing demonstrations and proofs of concept (POC) that validate the solutions' value.
- Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and recommend solutions based on Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Prepare and deliver customized technical demonstrations of key products (AEP, RT-CDP, JO, Analytics, Target, AEM, Campaign/Marketo, Commerce).
- Plan and execute end-to-end POCs, including defining success criteria, configuration, and technical follow-up.
- Develop solution architectures and assess integrations with CRM, e-commerce, data platforms, and external services.
- Work closely with Adobe technical teams to maintain alignment with roadmaps and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Knowledge of data architecture, martech, adtech, APIs, and patterns such as ETL, event-driven architectures, and identity management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Basic frontend and backend knowledge is desirable.
