About the role
- Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho managing SMS activities for SONDA clients in Rio de Janeiro. Handling compliance, risk analysis, and safety training operations in hybrid modality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor field activities to verify compliance with legal and contractual HSE (SMS) requirements;
- Issue or assess Additional Safety Recommendations (RAS);
- Prepare, participate in the development of, and/or validate procedures and risk analyses;
- Implement and monitor HSE (SMS) practices and programs, such as Procedure Compliance Verification (VCP), Behavioral Audit (AUDICOMP), Management Inspection, Change Management, Permit to Work Audit, 'Se Liga', 'Programa Amigo do Peito', among others;
- Conduct HSE (SMS) inspections;
- Implement actions to ensure Petrobras meets legal safety requirements, recording evidence in the current management system;
- Provide HSE (SMS) support in the analysis of safety-related documentation, for example NR-10 and NR-35;
- Participate in accident/incident investigations;
- Prepare technical HSE (SMS) reports;
- Attend HSE (SMS) meetings as delegated;
- Prepare and distribute HSE (SMS) materials appropriate to the role;
- Monitor the dissemination and follow-up of HSE (SMS) materials with contractors;
- Enter HSE (SMS) inspection data into current systems;
- Deliver HSE (SMS) training, such as Onboarding, Golden Rules, Risk Factors, and Floor Monitor;
- Participate in HSE (SMS) audits, such as Legal Compliance Verification (VCL), HSE Management Assessment Program (PAG-SMS), Environmental Audits, among others;
- Prepare technical HSE (SMS) reports;
- Attend HSE (SMS) meetings as delegated;
- Prepare and distribute HSE (SMS) materials appropriate to the role;
- Monitor the dissemination and follow-up of HSE (SMS) materials with contractors;
- Enter HSE (SMS) data into current systems;
- Contribute to HSE (SMS) process improvements by developing proposals;
- Perform other HSE (SMS) activities, as appropriate to the role, to ensure the compliance and safety of Petrobras operations and facilities.
Requirements
- Completed technical education (technical diploma) in Occupational Safety
- Experience working as an Occupational Safety Technician
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
