Responsibilities
- You will be the technical and cultural AI pillar of the company, responsible for defining, evolving and governing the AI stack, accelerating project teams and ensuring AI adoption occurs with technical quality, safety and real business impact — without excessive bureaucracy.
- This role is hands-on by nature, with a strong focus on architecture and evangelism, acting as a technical reference and catalyst for AI maturity across the company.
- Define and evolve the company's AI architecture.
- Establish technical governance guidelines and assess risks in AI solutions.
- Serve as a technical reference for analysts and technology teams, supporting architectural decisions and unblocking complex issues.
- Actively monitor the evolution of the AI ecosystem (GenAI, agents, platforms, frameworks) and continuously challenge the current stack.
- Work on strategic or higher-risk cases, either directly or in a consultative capacity.
- Promote technical and cultural upskilling, helping to make AI part of the routine in different areas, not just technology.
- Translate complex technical AI concepts into practical business, risk and scalability implications.
Requirements
- Solid experience in software engineering and/or data engineering.
- Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, using code, platforms and tools pragmatically.
- Experience with modern data and AI architectures (cloud, pipelines, APIs, automations, agents).
- Strong architectural thinking, understanding of technical trade-offs and risk assessment.
- Ease in using AI models to accelerate development across multiple programming languages.
- Practical application of AI solutions to real-world problems.
- Naturally curious profile, engaged with new AI solutions.
- Clear and didactic communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
