About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on activities related to the research and innovation area linked to projects involving the development of processes and materials in the polymers and textile yarns sectors.
- Continuously report progress, successes, challenges and results to the manager.
- Critically assess the quality of obtained results and propose improvements to the researcher.
- Organize activities and ensure the maintenance and orderly management of the laboratory.
- Mentor interns and/or staff regarding laboratory procedures, providing necessary technical support.
- Actively participate in the scientific community and monitor new technologies to enhance knowledge of relevant scientific information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Materials).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an industrial or research & innovation environment.
- Intermediate English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of PPE and ability to use it according to workplace indications and signage.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
