Project Analyst ensuring execution of agricultural technology projects, implementing and monitoring for client satisfaction. Collaborating with teams and delivering quality results in Araçatuba, Brazil.
Responsibilities
Ensure projects are executed according to the plan agreed with the client, working from implementation and monitoring through to final delivery.
Follow implementation processes and stages, producing technical reports to ensure the correct use of products and solutions.
Assist in creating action plans, identifying root causes and operational gaps.
Propose actions to improve results, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders about activities and actions.
Provide technical support to clients, offering training and follow-up to ensure efficient use of the solutions.
Conduct in-person training sessions and alignment meetings, as well as field activities with the client.
Continuously acquire knowledge of the solutions and propose improvements and new developments.
Maintain good relationships with internal teams and departments, acting as an intermediary between the client and internal work areas.
Be aligned with and cooperate in the company’s commercial strategy.
Ensure that project execution proceeds as planned, guaranteeing that all activities are completed with quality and on schedule.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in agriculture or mechanical engineering/technology.
Knowledge of the company’s solutions.
Experience implementing projects while following pre-established schedules.
Experience creating action plans to address points of concern.
Availability to travel using a company vehicle.
Experience providing technical support to clients during implementations, including electrical maintenance, software updates, and configuration.
Ability to perform field tests and demonstrate the viability of solutions.
Experience reporting project progress and critical issues internally and externally.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word.
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
