Responsibilities
- Ensure the improvement of the company’s business plan through in-depth analyses and investigations of revenue operations
- Support the establishment of accurate and comprehensive targets across the organization
- Design and implement cross-functional tactical plans, ensuring the customer journey is managed as a dynamic, interdependent flow
- Monitor and analyze business activities, teams, and individual performance according to the Business Plan
- Analyze day-to-day business operations with a focus on performance improvement
- Develop reports for the management team on all matters of strategic and operational importance
- Support the area coordinator in activities required to scale results

- Experience in revenue management
- Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics
