Responsibilities
Assist with administrative routines in the Contracts area, supporting the organization, control and physical and digital filing of documents;
Support sending contracts and documents for digital signatures, monitoring deadlines and status;
Perform registrations and updates of contractual information in internal systems and the legal system;
Assist in reviewing contract documents, ensuring standardization, information integrity and correct classification;
Support the tracking of contractual deadlines, terms, renewals and administrative requests for the area;
Provide support to teams involved in contracting processes, contributing to organization and workflow;
Assist in preparing controls, simple spreadsheets and monitoring reports;
Act proactively, responsibly and with curiosity, demonstrating an interest in learning about contractual and administrative processes;
Ensure the confidentiality of information and compliance with internal rules and company policies.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or completed high school;
Enrollment in higher education (college/university) will be considered a plus;
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and digital tools);
Comfortable using systems, digital platforms and e-signature tools;
Organized, responsible, curious and eager to learn;
Good communication skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of commitment;
Availability to work from 09:00 to 15:00;
Availability to work on-site at Av. Paes Leme – Pinheiros (São Paulo).
